Adjustable Breastplate or Breast collar with Fixed SHoulders.  The adjustment on this Breast Collar is in the Saddle Straps, Girth and Wither Straps.  It’s important to give us the proper measurement to make the shoulder straps as they are fixed.  

The Standard Fixed Shoulder Breast Collar comes in 1″ Black or Brown with the same or contrasting color trim or lining included in price with all Stainless Steel Hardware. 

Options: contrasting color trim Overlay, Horseshoe Brand embossed stainless steel hardware (plain silver or with black accents).
