Our Custom Hackamore Nose Kits are made to order in authentic USA Biothane or BETA strapping, in most any color. Choose Brass or Stainless Steel (including JW Horseshoe) hardware. Choose options during checkout.
Standard Hackamore Kit comes in your choice of color strapping in 1/2″ with Brass Conways for adjustability on nose Top and Chin. Backed with 3/4 pr 1″ Soft BETA.

This set includes the Nose Top. Curb and single connector strap – Lead ring configuration also available on chin strap.

The Base Strap is available in Black or brown Beta.
The Top strap, which is sewn to the Black or Brown “Base”, is available in any color Biothane or BETA.
Choose Black BETA Foam or Black OR Brown Neoprene Padding for extra “Cush” against your horses nose.
Then Choose hardware metal and style. And whether you’d like the clean look of one small but strong Conway Buckle or One or Two buckles for the Top of the nose adjustments.

Beta Biothane, a synthetic material with a strong nylon core, gives you the look, feel and strength of leather. It is lightweight, easy to care for and resistant to cold, abrasion, cracks, mold and mildew. Do not use any kind of conditioner on your biothane tack. Also, be sure to use soap to wash off fly spray as it can damage the keepers. Beta and Biothane can be cleaned with soap and water. You do not even have to take it off your horse or mule to wash it!
